the taxi service arranged by the hotel was excessively expensive. the cost was four times higher than an uber. i also experienced issues upon arrival. i received a key to an already occupied room and then two keys that did not work.

the spa was closed . upon arrival, staff gave me a key to an occupied room. subsequently, two more keys failed to work. i found these issues frustrating.
